OffenseLab is an independent football analytics platform that provides play-calling assistance and statistical analysis tools for coaches. Our service is developed and operated by Illumined Analytics.

2. Third-Party Trademarks and Data

Hudl Integration: "Hudl" and related marks are registered trademarks of Agile Sports Technologies, Inc. Our use of these terms is solely for descriptive purposes to indicate compatibility with data exports from these platforms. OffenseLab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Hudl or Agile Sports Technologies, Inc.

Data Processing: OffenseLab provides independent analysis of data that you export from third-party platforms. We do not have direct access to third-party systems and rely solely on data files that you provide to us.

3. User Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all play data, statistics, and other information you upload to our service. We process this data solely to provide our analytics and play-calling services to you.

4. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, OffenseLab is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We recommend having backup play-calling strategies for critical game situations.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are processed through Stripe, Inc. All billing inquiries should be directed through our customer support channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

OffenseLab provides statistical analysis and recommendations only. Final play-calling decisions remain solely with the coach and team. We are not responsible for game outcomes or coaching decisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the application.
